Limoncello Santa Marta is a natural un-coloured liqueur made from the zest of Sicillian lemons and produced by the Francoli Distillery in Italy. Limoncello is the second most popular liqueur in Italy and is enjoyed by many people in other parts of the world as well. In Australia and New Zealand, restaurants are now increasingly offering limoncello on their beverage and dessert menus. A popular ingredient in cocktails, limoncello imparts a strong lemon flavour without the sourness or bitterness of pure lemon juice.
