20ml Junipero Gin ; 15ml Chambord ; 30ml Apple juice ; 10ml Strawberry puree; Fresh mint; Topped with Champagne or similar

Place all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled fluted martini glass and top with bubbles.
