
OAXACAN RED EYE
Made with Monte Alban Mezcal
Ingredients
40ml Monte Alban Mezcal; 15ml Chartreuse green; 30ml Fresh Orange Juice; 2 Cherry Tomatoes; 2-3 Basil Leaves; Splash of lemon juice
MethodCrush basil and tomatoes with a small pinch of salt then shake with ice and remaining ingredients. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 2 strips of celery or cucumber sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper.
