Made with Green Fairy Absinth
Ingredients
- 30ml Green Fairy Absinth; 30ml Alize Red Passion; 30ml Cranberry Juice;
- 2 dashes Paychaud's bitters; 15ml egg white
Shake all ingredients well with ice until foam appearsand drink is ice cold. Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with 2 drops of Peychaud's bitters.
