50ml Patron Silver; 10ml Licor 43 or Vanilla liqueur; 30ml Ruby Red Grapefruit juice; 1 coriander sprig; Dash of orange blossom water

Break the sprig up into a mixing glass then add other ingredients with ice. Shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a coriander leaf.
