Ingredients

30ml Lemercier Abisinthe 72%; 60ml cold water; 5ml (1tsp) Benedictine; 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Method

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
